In Mumbai’s Andheri area, a 19-year-old college student, identified as Vidhi Pramod Kumar Singh, tragically took her own life by jumping from the 14th floor of the Millionaire Heritage Society residential building on SV Road. The incident occurred on Wednesday morning, as confirmed by a police official from DN Nagar police station.

According to the official, a one-page note left by the deceased indicated that she had succumbed to depression, leading her to take this extreme step. Vidhi had been residing in the building for a few years as a paying guest, while her family lived in the neighboring Thane. She was a student at Mithibai College in Vile Parle.

The watchman of the building discovered her lifeless body on the ground and promptly alerted other society members, who then contacted the police. As of now, there are no suspicious findings, and the police have registered the case as an accidental death. The family has been notified, but the precise reason behind Vidhi’s tragic demise is yet to be determined.
