Navy Children School, Colaba, Mumbai is a coeducational day school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. The school offers education from class I to XII. Commissioned on November 14, 1989 by Krishna Jain, President, Naval Wives Welfare Association, the school is run by Navy Education Society (NES) and administered under the Headquarters, Western Naval Command.
The children attending this school are mainly from the Naval Officers and Families Residential Area (NOFRA) and Old and New Navy Nagar.
The school campus hosts world class infrastructure facilities including a well stocked library, computer room with internet facilities, music room, fully air-conditioned classrooms equipped with smart boards, activity center, learning center and canteen. The school also hosts a large playground with facilities to play various sports and games.
The school library features a wide collection of general and reference books. The school also provides counseling cell with a psychologist and a counselor.
The school follows the CBSE curriculum and the medium of instruction is English. Students can opt between Hindi and Sanskrit as second language. Sanskrit is taught as a third language from class VI to VIII.
Computer science is taught from class I to XII and the SUPW curriculum includes vocational programs such as social work, carpentry and pottery for middle school.

Age eligibility: The child must have attained a minimum age of 5 years and maximum of 7 years on March 31 of the year in which admission is sought. The minimum and maximum age for admission to all other succeeding classes will be calculated based on age limits prescribed for class I.
