Overview

Founded in 1996, New Delhi Institute of Management is a private, not for profit, business school that is located in Tughlakabad in New Delhi. NDIM is a unit of a National level NGO, under a registered charitable society called “Society for Employment and Career Counselling” established to promote excellence in management education, research and managerial training.

NDIM is committed to impart the highest quality of education and exposure to help develop the next generation of business leaders with global outlook and capability of adapting to the fast changing business environment of India and the world at large.

Campus

The 0.87 acre NDIM campus offers following facilities-

Class Rooms: NDIM hosts 20 air-conditioned classrooms, tutorial rooms, seminar / conference halls, equipped with modern facilities. Separate class-rooms are available with multi-media facilities for presentations and Hi-tech sessions, complete with LCD Projectors, OHP, Slide Projectors, Movie Projectors, LCDs, VCRs, etc.

Library: NDIM bosts a well-stocked fully computerised library, automated with LIBSYS software and features 25000 volumes of books, journals, periodicals and a host of reading materials.

Information Technology Centre: NDIM has a contemporary state-of-the-art computing air conditioned environment with power back-up in the campus, spanning all over the buildings. 24×7 Internet connectivity of 7 Mbps through leased line (1:) basis has been provided for the students, faculty and staff.

Modern Auditorium and Amphitheatre: NDIM has 240 seat fully equipped, modern, air-conditioned auditorium and also has an air-conditioned amphitheatre of the same capacity, equipped with modern gadgets.

Cafeteria: Institute has an ultra-modern cafeteria which serves wide range of hygienically cooked delicious foods and snacks at controlled rates. It has aesthetic appeal, decor and ambience and offers great environment for interaction and fun.

The placements of NDIM are rated 15th best in India by Business World and 24th Best in India by National HRD Network. With a claim of 100% Placements verified by Advertising Standards Council of India, NDIM was awarded Best B-School in India for Placement Services by ASSOCHAM. Each member of NDIM works with complete dedication to ensure the finest placements for students, efforts are made to nurture and develop students’ potential towards better employment in leadership roles, simultaneously year-round diligent effort is made to add more renowned MNCs to our recruiter’s list and invite existing recruiters with higher packages and bigger roles.

Recent placement highlights- 2020: With a track record of 100% placements, a total of 250 recruiters participated in the campus placements, prominent companies among them including Amazon, Ernst & Young, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Deloitte, Paytm, Dabur and Colgate. The average CTC stood at INR 8 LPA, while the highest CTC was as high as INR 16.10 LPA.

Admission

Undergraduate Admission- B.B.A.

Selection Criteria: CET scores and counselling.

Eligibility: 10+2 from a recognised board.

Admission Procedure:

Candidates must register for admissions by filling the online application on the official NDIM website along with the submission of required documents and payment of application fees.
Candidates will have to apply and appear for the CET central examination conducted by GGSIPU.
After obtaining a valid score and rank, candidates will have to appear for the CET central counselling procedure where they may choose NDIM based on their CET rank and score. Candidates may verify their documents and pay the fees to confirm their admission.

Undergraduate Admission- PGDM

Selection Criteria: All-India CET score/rank (CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/ATMA/GMAT) scores also evaluated) and performance in group discussion and interview.

Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.

Admission Procedure:

Candidates must register for admissions by filling the online application on the official NDIM website along with the submission of required documents and payment of application fees.
Candidates will have to apply and appear for the CET central examination conducted by GGSIPU. CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/ATMA/GMAT were evaluated for admissions, but following covid-19, the government has waived admission to NDIM via these entrances, making the admission on a first-cum-first basis. This is followed by a personal interview and/or group discussion.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their entrance scores and performance in the personal interview/group discussion. Candidates may verify their documents and pay the fees to confirm their admission.
