New Horizon Gurukul, Bangalore is a coeducational day school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. Established in 2010, the school boasts an innovative fusion of the cultural heritage of the ancient Gurukul system with modern methods of teaching and learning.

The school campus hosts spacious classrooms with cross ventilation and adequate natural light, state-of-the-art laboratories for physics, chemistry, biology and computer science, a junior science lab, labs for mathematics and languages, a large auditorium that can seat 1000 people and rooms for art, craft, dance and music. Other facilities at New Horizon Gurukul, Bangalore include a yoga center, meditation center, a spacious dining hall, a medical infirmary and provision of day care facility on request.
Sports infrastructure includes courts for volleyball, basketball, football and throwball, three indoor badminton courts and facilities for indoor physical activities such as table tennis, chess and board games.
The school follows the CBSE curriculum. For classes I to V the scholastic subjects include English, Hindi/Kannada, mathematics and EVS, while classes VI-IX have English as first language, Hindi/Kannada/French as second languages and Kannada/Hindi/Sanskrit/French as third language (only for classes VI to VIII); other subjects include mathematics, science and social science. Co-scholastic activities include music, dance, yoga, meditation, art, physical education and SUPW.
Besides the above, the school offers special coaching for dance, music, abacus, animation, robotics, basket ball, karate, foot ball and badminton after the school hours.

Admission commences in October/November every year. Candidates seeking admission to class I and above need to write an entrance test.
Children who have completed two years eight months of age on June 1 of the year of admission are eligible for nursery. For all other classes the corresponding age is taken into account for admission.
