Hyderabad headquartered Next Education India Pvt. Ltd., India’s leading education solutions provider is rolling out a one-stop preschool solution, Tinker, with a vision to engage young minds in their early years, and help teachers provide quality preschool education.
Tinker’s learning programme is based on the Playway method and follows an integrated approach ensuring balanced development in all the five key domains, i.e., cognitive, emotional, linguistic, social and physical. It comprises a well-researched curriculum for children between 1.5 and 6 years of age, divided across 1.5 to 2.5 years, 2.5 to 3.5 years, 3.5 to 4.5 years and 4.5 to 6 years. The learning programme consists of resources such as textbooks, hands-on learning materials to conduct activities, TeachNext (a digital classroom solution from Next Education), Mentor Manual (a day-wise planner for teachers) and assessments.
Meeting the needs of every stakeholder, the Tinker Preschool Solution engages teachers through training and skill development and offers a child-friendly and tech-enabled curriculum for the holistic development of children. It does not follow the franchise model and therefore no royalty fee is charged, but all-round management support is provided to the preschools.
Commenting on the new preschool solution, Beas Dev Ralhan, CEO & co-founder, Next Education said, “Our presence in the K-12 sector for over a decade made us aware of the concerns plaguing the pre-primary segment. Lack of teacher training, a comprehensive curriculum and adequate infrastructural facilities are some of the concerns that needed redressal. We carried out intensive research while designing our solution. Our curriculum helps children to cultivate new skills as per their individual interests. Our skill-based training programmes also empower teachers with the latest trends in teaching preschoolers.”
Catering to both existing and new preschools, the Tinker Preschool Solution offers complete support in creating a successful preschool brand by providing a customised website and a fee and information management system, besides supplying the school with visiting cards, flyers, banners etc. The deliverables of the solution include a teaching resource kit, a digital classroom solution, 70 admission kits, 40 student kits, monthly interior theme design, two onsite pieces of training (plus online training as and when required) and one school audit.
