The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has partnered with MentorKart and IIT Guwahati to launch a Post Graduate Certification Program in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. This collaboration aims to enhance employability and industry readiness.
The program introduces credit-based certification courses in cutting-edge skills and facilitates transitions into internships and employment within the technology sector. The MoU was exchanged between Ved Mani Tiwari, CEO of NSDC, and MD of NSDC International, and Ashish Khare, CEO of MentorKart, a Career and JobTech platform.
The program, developed with input from industry leaders, offers flexible learning options with micro-credentials aligned with NCVET and NSQF guidelines. Additionally, it includes a Campus Immersion option for practical learning.
Ved Mani Tiwari, CEO of NSDC and MD of NSDC International, stated, “Our collaboration with MentorKart represents a significant step forward in providing individuals with key skills vital for success in today’s job market. This initiative will empower aspiring tech enthusiasts to pursue a transformative journey towards career excellence.”
Students will learn from qualified instructors and gain practical guidance from professionals from IIT Guwahati and industry leaders. This partnership will enable aspiring students to receive advanced training in innovative concepts and techniques within India’s tech ecosystem.
MentorKart has developed a Tech Platform to unify the skilling and employability ecosystem, aiming to create a robust supply of skilled workforce for the tech market.
