At Civil Services Examination 2017 (CSE-2017), the results of which were announced by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) recently, two of the top 10 rank holders and 120 students who cracked the exams, took online courses from NeoStencil – India’s leading ed-tech venture that offers live classrooms for civil services and other public competetive exams.
