Pathways School Gurgaon (PSG) holds the distinction of being the first ever IB Continuum School in India offering all 4 programmes (PYP, MYP, DP, and CP) of the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO), providing students with a seamless educational journey from Early Years through Senior School. This unique continuum fosters conceptual understanding, inquiry-based learning, and the development of higher-order skills that empower students to think critically, adapt creatively, and act responsibly while remaining rooted in strong values.

The school maintains a teacher-pupil ratio of 1:10 in Pre-Nursery, 1:12 from Nursery to Grade 8, 1:20 in Grades 9 and 10, and 1:16 in Grades 11 and 12, with section sizes capped at 24 students from Kindergarten to Grade 8, 20 students in Grades 9 and 10, and 16 students in Grades 11 and 12.

Campus

The school is situated on a centrally located 13-acre site off the Gurgaon-Faridabad road, with easy access from Delhi, Gurgaon, and Faridabad. Consistently ranked as the #1 international day school in North India, the award-winning campus is the highest-rated green educational K-12 building in the world. It was the first to earn a ‘LEED-EB Platinum’ rating from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) for its leadership in energy and environmental design.

The campus has a built-up area of approximately 450,000 square feet, which includes numerous classrooms and multi-purpose halls, high-tech science laboratories, fully equipped design and technology workshops (featuring a laser cutter and a 3D printer), and a sprawling library and media centre housing over 23,000 books. The campus also features triple-height atriums with natural light, an outdoor amphitheatre accommodating up to 1,014 guests, a state-of-the-art indoor auditorium with a seating capacity of over 1,000 guests, and comprehensive facilities for visual arts, performing arts, and sports.

The student dining hall is spread over two floors and the kitchen is A+ rated by the FSSAI. The school serves lunch as well as morning and evening snacks. All meals are 100% vegetarian and the menus are varied, providing a taste of different cuisines while maintaining a healthy and balanced diet.

School’s comprehensive health centre is supervised by an in-house doctor and a nurse. In case of any emergencies, the school has a dedicated ambulance on site, with tie-ups established with multi-speciality hospitals in the vicinity for immediate support.

The admissions process at Pathways School Gurgaon is designed to identify bright, curious minds eager to embark on a transformative educational journey. To meet the needs of today’s increasingly mobile world, The school offers year-round admissions.

Families are invited to visit their 13-acre LEED Platinum-certified campus, explore their state-of-the-art facilities, and interact with their dedicated faculty.

Following the visit, parents complete an online application form capturing essential details about the student’s academic background and personal interests. Applicants and their families then engage in scheduled interactions with the Head of Admissions, the respective Principal, and the School Director. These sessions allow us to facilitate a truly student-centric approach by understanding each child’s unique strengths, learning style, and aspirations, while giving families an opportunity to understand and experience our ethos and educational philosophy.

Admissions are based on a holistic evaluation, welcoming students who are academically strong and passionate about learning. To ensure a smooth transition, new students may opt to join our Pre Term Programme — a 6–8 week orientation that familiarizes them with the IB curriculum and school environment.
