Primus Public School, Bengaluru is a coeducational English medium international day school affiliated with the Cambridge Assessment International Examinations (CAIE), UK and the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi.
Promoted in 2007, the school aims to provide well-rounded education that ensures academic excellence, empowers students and arms them with faculties that will help them conquer their dreams.
The school campus hosts spacious classrooms, a well-stocked library and a well-equipped first aid centre. It also has well-equipped laboratories for physics, chemistry, biology & computer science for students of all grades. Pursuit of science is enriching and fulfilling only if it is hands-on. Affiliated with CAIE, UK, and CISCE, New Delhi, the school offers classes from kindergarten through class X.
Kindergarten curriculum – It is an integrated three year programme for children between three-six years of age. The programme is a blend of Montessori and Conventional method of learning. Singing and dancing are an integral part of Kindergarten learning.
Primary School programme- Children learn through a variety of teaching methodologies andactivities that have been designed to evoke curiosity, investigation and analysis, develop communication skills, social and interpersonal skills, critical thinking and problem solving.
Middle School Programme- The programme is designed for children aged between 10-12 years. The curriculum includes varied teaching and learning styles. Children learn through presentations, models, exhibition and role plays.
IGCSE Programme
Primus is affiliated with the Cambridge University and follows the CIE curriculum for classes VIII, IX and X. The IGCSE programme encourages learner-centred and enquiry-based approaches to learning.
CISCE Programme
From the academic year 2019-20, Primus is offering the ICSE Curriculum to students of Grades 6, 7, 8 and 9. The first batch of students will appear for the 10th ICSE Board examination in the academic year 2020-2021. The Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) is an examination conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE). The ICSE curriculum is comprehensive and encompasses all fields of knowledge. It emphasizes on a holistic education and is structured to give due importance to both practical knowledge and analytical skills.
Extra-curricular activities
The school encourages participation of students in various sports and house activities such as football, basketball, cricket, volleyball, throwball, quiz, debate, elocution/recitation, music, dance and drama and after-school activities.

Eligibility criteria are as follows:
Preschool – The child should be three years plus as on September 1 of the academic session.
LKG – The child should be four years plus as on September 1 of the academic session.
Class I onwards – The child should have passed the qualifying examination for the previous class.
Class VIII (IGCSE) – The student should have passed the qualifying examination for class VIII from ICSE/CBSE/State board.
Admissions for KG and classes I to V are strictly on first come, first served basis (subject to availability of seats).
Admission to class VI and above is based on an admission test (English, Math and Science).
