Navrachana School, Sama, Vadodara, is committed to empowering its student leaders through engaging them in leadership activities. These activities help students develop problem-solving skills and create unique strategies, transforming them into creative thinkers and adept problem solvers. One noteworthy event that embodies this philosophy is the annual TEDx Event hosted by Navrachana School Sama.
From curating speakers to handling logistics, goodie bags, social media, creatives, hoardings, banners, hospitality, cultural events, presentations, and art and stage design, every minute detail is overseen by a large team led by student leaders. The students are given the freedom to design and execute, and within the constraints and conventions, they come up with innovative ideas and implement practical solutions to real-life problems not covered in textbooks.
