St. Patrick’s Junior College, Agra is an all girls day school affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi. Established in 1842 by the Jesus and Mary Educational Society, Agra, the school offers education from Kindergarten through class XII. As a Christian minority institution, the school primarily aims at education of the Catholic children and preservation of the Catholic faith and religious practices.
The school campus comprises a library, chemistry lab, computer lab, physics lab, music room, auditorium, assembly ground, basketball court and canteen.
Affiliated with CISCE, St Patrick’s Junior College offers schooling from Kindergarten through class XII. The subjects offered include English literature, English language, Hindi, environmental education, Sanskrit, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, history and civics, geography, commerce, home science, computer science, art, craft, singing, Indian dance, physical education/games, SUPW and community service.
In classes XI and XII, students need to opt for any five subjects (from any one group) for a pass certificate in class XII. At this level, the school offers two streams:
1. Science: English language, environmental education, Hindi, physics, chemistry, biology/math, computer science, SUPW and community service and PT.
2. Commerce: English language, environmental education, Hindi/math, economics, commerce, accounts, computer science, SUPW and community service and PT.
SUPW and community service are compulsory subjects in class XI and XII to obtain a pass certificate in class XII.

Preference in admission is given to Catholic children. Admission is however, open to children of other communities without distinction of caste or creed.
Students applying for admission to classes I through IX must write an entrance test and admission is granted based on their performance in the test.
