Broccoli & Red Pepper Salad
(for two adults)
Ingredients
125 gm broccoli, cut into small florets
2 red peppers, deseeded and finely sliced
1 crushed garlic clove
½ tsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp salt soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey
½ tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp sesame seeds
Preparation guide
Pour half the oil in a frying pan or wok. Stir fry the broccoli and peppers for 5 minutes or until the peppers are tinged golden and are slightly soft.
Add all other ingredients except the sesame seeds and remaining oil and stir fry for few minutes.
Transfer into a mixing bowl and drizzle the remaining oil over it. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and serve.
