Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar (TISVV) is a co-educational English medium senior secondary school promoted in 1972 by Dr. Hari Sen. Named after Rabindranath Tagore, the school is run under the aegis of the Tagore Education Society. Tagore International Schools offer quality education in their two branches at East of Kailash and Vasant Vihar and are affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi.

The school campus hosts spacious, airy and well lit classrooms equipped with smart boards, LCD projectors and audio-visual devices, a science park set up on the terrace of the school, two large libraries junior and senior sections with huge collection of books, journal, magazines and newspapers. Other facilities include fully networked computer labs, language labs, science and math labs, medical room, physical education room, activity room and robotic lab.
Medical facilities include a comfortable medical room to take care of emergencies. A qualified nurse is available full time to provide first aid. The school doctor visits regularly for medical checkup of all students.
The school is affiliated with CBSE and offers education from nursery to class XII. The school does not have formal annual examinations for classes I to V – the promotion is based on the weekly test results and continuous comprehensive evaluation of the students. For the other classes, the academic session is divided into two terms and students are awarded with grades. The teacher student ratio is maintained at 1:30.
Extracurricular: The school encourages co-curricular activities such as art & craft, music & dance, aerobics, yoga and gardening. It also encourages students to engage themselves in sports such as football, cricket, basket ball, volleyball, athletics, gymnasium and chess. The school has been in the frontline for International Teacher and Student Exchange Programmes with France, China, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore and Pakistan.

For admission into nursery, the candidates must be 3 years of age as on March 31 of the year of admission. The registration forms are usually issued in the month of January every year and submission of the duly filled forms is open till the middle of the month.
Fees: For the pre-primary classes the approximate annual fee is Rs 18,000. For the other classes the fee structure is available on request.
