Talentedge partners with University of Dubai to launch UAE operations

At the ongoing SHRMTech conference in Dubai, Aditya Malik, CEO & MD, Gurgaon headquartered Talentedge, India’s leading Ed-tech firm that provides live and interactive courses for higher education, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dr Eesa Bastaki, president of the University of Dubai to provide online courses to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

Commenting on the association, Malik said, “We are delighted to be associated with the University of Dubai to offer our courses to the students of Gulf countries. Our collaboration with the University of Dubai initiates with a course in HR and we plan to offer many more jointly curated courses on the Talent edge platform for the GCC region going forward.”

The first course being launched under the partnership is in Human Resource Management, providing an opportunity to professionals to earn a dual certificate. Participants will have an opportunity to earn certificate from University of Dubai and earn a certificate from The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). This course will provide a comprehensive understanding of Human Resource Management and prepare applicants for leadership roles in the global environment.

With its recent investment in Grey campus announced earlier this year by Talentedge, it had gained significant presence in North America market. This partnership with the University of Dubai marks the launch of its business in the Middle East in line with the company’s plan to expand globally.

Digital platforms have become an obvious choice to connect with working professionals looking to upskill in an efficient digital interface which allows them flexibility and convenience.
