Founded by N.C. Jain in 2003, The Heritage School, Rohini, Delhi is a CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) affiliated, co-educational, English medium school offering education from preschool to class XII. Teaching-learning at the school is experiential and project-based. The school offers excellent academic facilities including audio-visual learning aids, ICT-enabled classrooms, a range of subject labs, design labs, studios and multimedia labs to encourage students to explore varied interests. A Customised Student Management Software (SMS) is used to assess students and communicate with parents.

The Heritage School is affiliated with the CBSE board. The formal examination system based on CBSE CCE (continuous and comprehensive evaluation) pattern is implemented from class III onwards. The school offers three programmes—

Extracurricular activities
The school provides design labs for carpentry, pottery, clay modeling and sculpture. Students can also learn various music instruments, drama and dance.
Facilities for football, hockey, basketball, cricket, volleyball, carrom, chess and swimming are available. Students are encouraged to participate in various competitions such as the National Science Olympiad, Unified Cyber Olympiad, and National Level Science Talent Examination.

Admission forms are usually issued from January 1 onwards and need to be submitted by January 15. Application forms can be collected from the school office. Candidates should submit the hard copy of the application forms. Admissions are based on merit and availability of seats.
Children seeking admission in preschool should 3+ upto 4 years as March, 30 of the year the application is being made. For pre-primary 4+ upto 5 years and class 1 a child needs to be 5+ upto 6 years. Admission is through draw/lottery. There is no interview or interaction with children. Though there is an informal interaction with parents after the child is granted admission.
