Univariety invites students for an unbiased career guidance experience

In the present day and age, career counselling is important for more than one reason. Not only does it provide guidance at a very critical juncture, it also helps sort through the babble of information that a student is bombarded with, from all directions.
Against this backdrop, career counselling services provided by organisations such as Univariety are most helpful. They create a system where a student gets “discovered” by colleges which he/she is not even aware of but is actually a good fit for him/her. While Univariety guides students on different careers, the focus is more on providing the best possible college choices keeping in mind their aptitude and interests.

Univariety builds guidance centers for schools and equips them with ‘career interest mapping’ and ‘career discovery process’ tools along with a system to track the progress of students. Currently, over 30,000 students from more than 280 premier schools across India, Singapore and Indonesia are part of the Univariety system. It also enables the universities to connect and interact with the students directly. This is a definite departure from the usual ‘agent’ organisations working in the same space.

More often than not, the advice that students get from specialised consultants or agents is not reliable; simply because they are not able to track the changes in the education space. Moreover, many of these consultants are tied to the universities and they offer biased advice. Univariety, on the other hand, engages with the student right from the stage of career selection to ultimately joining a college, without any bias. So far, the organisation has helped 25,000 students get placed in under graduation courses across USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and UAE.
