The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has recently revealed the schedule for the Class 10 (High School) and Class 12 (inter) exam improvement and compartment examinations.
Set to take place on July 15, these exams will offer students a chance to enhance their scores or make up for failed subjects. The Uttar Pradesh Class 10 improvement and compartment exams are scheduled between 8 am and 11:15 am, while the Class 12 compartment and improvement exams will be conducted from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.
Previously, the Class 10 High School exams were held from February 16 to March 3, and the UP board Class 12 inter exams took place from February 16 to March 4. The results of these exams were announced on April 24. Students who were unable to achieve the minimum passing marks in one or two subjects are now eligible to appear for the compartment exams.
To ensure a smooth examination process, the Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad has issued guidelines for the UP board Class 10 and Class 12 improvement and compartment exam takers. It is advised that students arrive at the exam centers 45 minutes prior to the designated start time.
The overall pass percentages for the UP board high school and inter results in 2023 were 89.78% and 75.52% respectively, reflecting the performance of the students who appeared for the exams.
