Mumbai’s Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research (WeSchool) hosted the third edition of its startup showcase, Wenture.inv 3.0 – Demo Cum Pitch Day, bringing together early-stage entrepreneurs, investors, and mentors on one platform.

The 2025 cohort featured 13 ventures incubated at WeSchool alongside startups from partner agencies, spanning healthtech, AI, edtech, packaging, sustainability, digital legacy, and pet tech. Startups participated in a 16-hour bootcamp focused on product–market fit, business models, cash flow management, and pitch preparation, before presenting to a panel of angel investors and seed VCs. Selected ventures will also receive four months of follow-up mentoring.
Prof. Dr. Uday Salunkhe, group director of WeSchool, emphasised the institute’s commitment to embedding entrepreneurship and innovation into management education, noting that Wenture.inv provides alumni and students with a platform to test ideas, secure guidance, and build networks.
Prof. Dr. Kaustubh Dhargalkar, dean – Business Design & Innovation, highlighted the event’s growth since its inception in 2022, when it featured just six startups. “What makes Wenture.inv distinctive is its collaborative spirit, where investors not only evaluate but also mentor and conduct masterclasses, making it more than a pitch day,” he said.

Among the ventures showcased were BituBin India, a sustainability-focused B2B marketplace; Cutis, a clean-label nutrition brand; SK Polypack, a packaging solutions provider; and MEDZAP, an IoT-based hospital workflow optimiser that recently won the Region 10 ACBSP Entrepreneurship Competition. Other participants included Crezlo, an AI-driven video content creator; Tijori.ai, a digital vault for unclaimed family assets; and Rudramaa (MimoTag), a wearable pet-tech solution.
Alongside pitching sessions, the event also featured an exhibition and networking opportunities, strengthening links between startups, alumni entrepreneurs, and investors.
With Wenture.inv 3.0, WeSchool reaffirmed its role as a catalyst for innovation-driven entrepreneurship, supporting young ventures aiming to deliver both economic and social impact.
