Young Author Lavik Jain Debuts with Fantasy Novel ‘Alexandrian Knights’

Eight-year-old Lavik Jain, one of India’s youngest authors, launched his first novel, ‘Alexandrian Knights,’ at the Oxford Book Store in Connaught Place, New Delhi. The adventure fantasy novel, published by Pirates Publishing under its Quignog imprint, is now available across India and will soon be available globally on Amazon.com.

Lavik Jain, who was born in the United States and raised in India, has traveled to over 10 countries, experiences that have influenced his writing. His debut novel, ‘Alexandrian Knights,’ follows the adventures of four friends—Alex, Mike, Max, and Felix—from the United States. Their journey takes them to a mysterious village in Rajasthan, India, where they encounter supernatural entities and gain elemental powers to save the world from a dark force.

At the launch event, Lavik shared his excitement about his book. “The inspiration behind my debut book comes from the adventures and cultural encounters I’ve experienced. ‘Alexandrian Knights’ is my attempt to grow personally and creatively. Through this book, I hope to share my fantasy world and inspire readers to believe in self-belief and true friendships,” he said.

The event was attended by Mukund Sanghi, Co-Founder of Pirates Publishing, and a group of children. Lavik’s passion for storytelling inspired the young attendees to explore their creative potential. The launch concluded with Lavik encouraging the children to become storytellers themselves.

‘Alexandrian Knights’ marks the beginning of Lavik Jain’s journey in the literary world, promising to inspire and captivate young readers.
