Canadian International School (CIS), Bangalore, has opened applications for its Scholarship Program for the 2026–27 academic year, offering students an opportunity to pursue international education in a diverse environment.
The CIS Scholarship Program supports students entering Grade 11 who show strong academic performance, creativity, leadership, and involvement in community service.
Two scholarships are available: a full scholarship for students entering the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) who have a strong academic record and interest in the IB curriculum, and a merit-based scholarship for students entering Grade 11 who show consistent academic achievement and active participation in school or community activities.
Scholarship recipients will study under CIS’s accredited curriculum and be part of a community with students from over 40 nationalities.
“Our scholarship program is meant to support students who will contribute to and grow within the CIS community,” said Dr. Ted Mockrish, Head of School. “We are looking for learners who reflect our values and are eager to learn.”
Applications are open, with the deadline set for January 16, 2026. Shortlisted candidates will attend interviews and assessments, and final results will be announced in March or April 2026.
