Anant National University has expanded its merit-based scholarship framework, offering up to 100% waivers on tuition and hostel fees for students with outstanding performance in Class 12 and national-level competitive examinations.

The initiative aims to improve access to design education by reducing financial barriers for deserving students from diverse backgrounds.

The university said the expanded scholarship programme comes amid growing recognition of design as a discipline that contributes to innovation, problem-solving and national development. It seeks to encourage more students to pursue higher education in design and develop skills aligned with the country’s future workforce needs.

Students admitted under the programme will have access to Anant’s interdisciplinary curriculum, which combines experiential learning, community engagement and flexible academic pathways. The university said its learning ecosystem is designed to prepare graduates for careers across a range of design and innovation-driven sectors.

Through the expanded scholarship framework, Anant National University aims to widen participation in design education and support the development of a diverse community of future designers, innovators and changemakers.
