Macro Vision Academy (MVA), Burhanpur, marked Independence Day with a special multilingual musical tribute celebrating India’s linguistic and cultural diversity.
The highlight was ‘Vande Mataram Beyond Borders’, a rendition of India’s National Song in eight languages to commemorate its 150th anniversary.
Internationally acclaimed multilingual singer and Guinness World Record holder Suchetha Satish, who has performed in more than 155 languages, captivated students with her performances. She also responded to students’ requests by singing songs in various Indian languages.
Anand Prakash Chouksey, Founder and Chairman of Macro Vision Academy, said the initiative aimed to help students experience India’s diversity and understand how the country’s many languages and cultures strengthen national unity.
Suchetha said music demonstrates how different languages can express universal emotions. She hoped the performance would help students develop a deeper appreciation of India’s linguistic and cultural richness.
The programme brought together music, patriotism, diversity and national unity, offering students an experiential celebration of the spirit of ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’.
