The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released its tentative examination calendar for the December 2026 to March 2027 cycle, outlining the proposed dates for several major entrance and eligibility examinations.
According to the calendar, the UGC-NET December 2026 cycle is scheduled to be conducted from December 14 to 19, with December 20 and 21 kept as buffer dates. The Joint CSIR-UGC NET is proposed for December 20 and 21.
The JEE Main 2027 Session 1 examination is scheduled to take place on January 22–24 and January 28–30, while January 31 has been designated as a buffer date.
The calendar also lists the NIFT Entrance Examination on January 10 and the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE) on January 31.
Moving into February, the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is scheduled for February 7. The NITTT Part 1 examination will be conducted on February 26 and 27.
The CUET PG 2027 examination is proposed to be held across several dates in March. The schedule includes March 1–5, March 8, March 12–20 and March 24–25, with March 30 and 31 reserved as buffer dates. Meanwhile, NITTT Part 2 is scheduled for March 5 and 7.
