Footprints, a preschool and daycare network, has crossed 200 corporate partnerships across India, as employers increasingly incorporate childcare into workplace benefits.
Its corporate partners include TCS, Airtel, PwC, Siemens, Optum, Tata 1mg, Atlassian, Airbnb, Wipro, Nielsen and Synopsys. The company works with organisations across technology, IT services, banking, financial services, healthcare, professional services and global capability centres (GCCs).
Under India’s maternity benefit provisions, establishments with 50 or more employees are required to provide crèche facilities. Footprints said its corporate childcare programme helps employers meet this requirement while supporting working parents.
“Childcare is now part of how employees judge an employer. Through our corporate partnerships, we want to bring quality childcare closer to working parents and help organisations build more supportive workplaces,” said Raj Singhal, Co-founder and CEO, Footprints Preschool & Daycare.
The company’s Corporate Childcare Programme offers reserved seats, customised benefits, co-payment arrangements and dedicated childcare centres. Its services include daycare, preschool, extended-hour care and parent support, with live CCTV access and meal plans subject to centre-specific offerings.
Footprints has established dedicated childcare centres at Bagmane Luxor and RMZ Ecoworld in Bengaluru. It has also expanded partnerships with Qualcomm, ScienceLogic and ICICI Bank and is in discussions with other employers.
Over the next 12–24 months, the company plans to expand its corporate childcare network through pan-India partnerships, reserved-seat programmes and customised employer-supported models.
