Amity Group of Schools has announced the launch of India Mind League (IML) 2026, a future-readiness championship for students of Grades IX–XII. Registrations are open to students from schools across Delhi-NCR until October 16, 2026.
Envisioned by Dr Amita Chauhan, Chairperson, Amity Group of Schools and RBEF, the initiative aims to develop capabilities beyond academic performance, with a focus on mindfulness, empathy, purpose and responsible leadership.
Built around the philosophy “Think. Feel. Connect. Lead.”, India Mind League will assess four dimensions of future readiness — Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), Social/Spiritual Quotient (SQ) and Leadership Quotient (LQ).
The championship will follow a four-stage journey, beginning with an online Future-Readiness Assessment, followed by a virtual Live Showdown, a Leadership Bootcamp and a Grand Finale.
The online assessment will cover reasoning, pattern recognition, data interpretation, critical thinking and India-centric awareness. Subsequent stages will explore emotional intelligence, self-awareness, social sensitivity, judgement, decision-making and leadership through real-life situations and dilemmas.
The Leadership Bootcamp will incorporate principles from Indian Knowledge Systems and Vedic wisdom, covering areas including Dharma, Kartavya, Karma, self-awareness, mind management, ethical decision-making, responsibility, collaboration, service and purposeful action.
The Grand Finale will require finalists to respond to contemporary challenges by analysing situations, considering multiple perspectives, making decisions and explaining the values behind their choices.
Amity Group of Schools said the initiative aims to help students understand themselves, assess their preparedness for the future and combine Indian knowledge traditions with modern skills and responsible leadership.
