The inaugural EducationWorld TREE (Teacher, Researcher, Entrepreneur, Educationist) Awards 2025-26 were staged at the BLOOM Education Expo held at Hotel Babylon Capital in Raipur on November 9-10. Ideated and executed by Raipur-based edupreneurs Rahul & Neha Jain, the two-day BLOOM Expo (estb.2023) featured inspiring keynote addresses, panel discussions and TREE awards presentation ceremonies.

The EducationWorld TREE Awards acknowledge and celebrate the outstanding achievements of innovative teachers, ground-breaking researchers, visionary edupreneurs and eminent educationists in primary and secondary school education. In July-August, advertisements on our website (www.educationworld.in) and social media invited nominations — including third-party and self-nomination — from teachers, researchers, edupreneurs and educationists countrywide. Over 500 nominations supported with evidence of innovations were received by October 1, 2025.

On the basis of information provided, the nominations were assessed by a specially constituted jury comprising Balaji Ramanujam, an alumnus of IIT-Madras and IIM-Bangalore and co-founder of Tinker Village, an edtech start-up and Rohit Mohindra, an alum of Lafayette College, Pennsylvania (USA) and IIM-Bangalore and Director of Raj Mohindra Consultants Pvt Ltd, one of India’s leading school consultancy firms.
