Strawberry shake (3 servings)
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2-3 scoops vanilla ice cream (optional)
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar
Preparation guide
- Blend all ingredients in a mixer/blender for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with strawberries and serve fresh.

Strawberries are rich in Vitamin C and boost immunity, support collagen growth for healthy skin, and act as a powerful antioxidant to fight inflammation and oxidative stress. Milk provides calcium and protein to aid bone development and muscle repair. Honey adds natural energy while fibre aids digestion and heart health.
Healthy milk cake (5 servings)
Ingredients
- 1 litre milk
- 2 tbsp dates puree, jaggery or khaand
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp roasted and crushed almonds/pistachios
Preparation guide
- Cook milk in a pan on medium flame, stirring constantly until it begins to thicken.
- Let it reduce to 50 percent, then add ghee and stir well.
- Add sweetener of your choice and continue cooking and stirring continuously to prevent sticking, until the mixture becomes thick.
- Transfer to a greased deep plate, garnish with roasted nuts. Allow to set before cutting into slices.

No bake fresh fruit cake (4 servings)
Ingredients
- 3-4 jumbo bread slices
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar (optional)
- 1 cup fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or mango)
- 2 tsp dry fruits
- 3 tbsp sugar syrup
Preparation guide
- Beat heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until stiff peaks are formed.
- Spread a very thin layer of cream on the bottom of a cake tray.
- Trim corners of a bread slice. Assemble it in a desired shape.
- Brush some sugar syrup.
- Spead a layer of cream all over. Do the same with other bread slices.
- Add fruits between the layers.
- Garnish with dry fruits.
- Let it set for some time in the fridge.
- Serve chilled.
