Light of Life Trust (LOLT) has listed on the BSE Social Stock Exchange (SSE) through a Zero Coupon Zero Principal (ZCZP) issue valued at ₹1.27 crore.
The funds will support the education and development of 420 children from underserved communities in Bihar and Jharkhand. The issue opened on August 10 and closed on August 21, 2026.
The ZCZP instruments had a face value of ₹1 each, with a minimum application amount of ₹1,000 and in multiples thereafter. Contributions are eligible for Section 80G tax benefits and CSR compliance, subject to applicable regulations.
LOLT founder Villy Doctor said the initiative provides individuals, institutions and organisations with a regulated and transparent route to support children who face barriers to completing their education.
The organisation’s Division Anando provides rural students with academic support, life-skills education, mentoring and career guidance. Its other programmes include Anant, which promotes music and performing arts, and the Anando School Empowerment Programme, which works with schools and teachers to improve education quality.
LOLT also operates Division Jagruti, which focuses on livelihoods, skills, healthcare and environmental conservation.
ERIX Advisors, the issue adviser, said LOLT was among the first three organisations to list on the platform. The SSE allows non-profit organisations to raise funds through regulated mechanisms while disclosing how the funds will be used and reporting programme outcomes.
