Personal Care: Every Child Matters

A low student-teacher ratio (1:16) enables teachers to recognise individual strengths, identify learning gaps and provide timely support. Regular parent-teacher interactions through Child-Parent-Teacher Dialogue (CPTD), feedback sessions, Parents’ Forums and Sunshine Calls, along with initiatives such as the Community Library and Community Quiz, strengthen the school-home partnership and support every child’s progress.

Purposeful Pedagogy and Innovative Learning

Our pedagogy blends strong foundational learning with experiential, discovery-based and problem-solving approaches, balancing synchronous and asynchronous learning, teacher-led interaction and independent exploration.

Aligned with NEP 2020, we encourage children to question, investigate, experiment, collaborate and apply learning to real-life situations through JodoGyan, storytelling, hands-on teaching-learning materials, STEAM activities and interdisciplinary projects.

KG – Cleanliness and Hygiene: Children develop personal hygiene habits and learn to keep their surroundings and community clean.
Classes I–III – Warm Hearts: The Joy of Giving: Children contribute a fistful of rice and a potato every Wednesday for Roti Bank-A Non Profit Organization, Daan Utsav and festival-time sharing further nurture generosity, compassion and gratitude.
Classes IV–V – Eco Warriors: Making paper bags, creating notebooks from unused pages and creatively reusing newspapers promote waste reduction, resource conservation and sustainable habits.
Classes VI–VIII – A Symphony of Smiles: Visits to Rajkiye Vriddha Ashram Griha Mahila Old Age Home, Durga Kund, Varanasi, foster empathy, respect for elders and meaningful human connections.

Together, these initiatives guide children from personal responsibility to community participation and responsible citizenship.

We provide opportunities for every child to excel academically, creatively, culturally and physically. Our students continue to earn accolades in music, dance and sports competitions, reflecting their talent, dedication and perseverance. The Annual Sports Meet and co-curricular programmes encourage participation, teamwork and confidence.

“Most schools never consciously chose their basic unit. They inherited one from the past: the class. With the class as the focus, the things that happen between people get squeezed out: the apprentice learning alongside someone skilled, the child taught where they are rather than where the class is, and the daily practice of getting along with people they did not choose. The most promising new schools are organising themselves around the individual child rather than the class. A better approach is to group children by readiness in each subject and change those groups as they progress. Communication, collaboration and handling disagreement need daily practice. “Government medical college seats are 100% filled, vacancies are confined entirely to the private sector. Colleges and state fee-fixation committees must re-examine these fee structures, because lowering NEET qualifying cut-offs will not resolve an affordability crisis when millions of candidates already qualify. The vacancies are an indicator that qualifying for medical admission does not necessarily mean students could afford a seat. Institutions charge full fees to early applicants and offer discounts to late entrants to fill the vacant seats. It reflects a purely commercial approach that compromises merit while still failing to fill classrooms. High management-quota fees are putting seats beyond the reach of many candidates. Some 24 lakh students write the entrance test for 1.4 lakh seats. While the cream gets government seats, the rest of the students cannot afford a management-quota seat.”
