“We are delighted that finally EW survey respondents have recognised the efforts of our management and teachers to provide our students well-balanced and high-quality boarding school education. Our highest scores for teacher competence, teacher welfare and development, co-curricular, sports education and mental and emotional well-being of students are markers that the school’s well-qualified and trained teachers focus beyond academics on ensuring children’s holistic development and emotional well-being. Last year, we launched several new initiatives, including a collaboration agreement with the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru — the first K-12 school to do so — under which IISc has installed a weather station on our 700-acre green campus. Students are trained to record temperature readings, learn important lessons in research and documentation.
