XLRI Jamshedpur has announced the ninth batch of its Senior Executive Development Programme in Transformational Leadership for CXOs, aimed at experienced leaders seeking to strengthen self-awareness and decision-making in complex organisational environments.
The eight-month programme is designed to address the gap between external leadership success and internal clarity, particularly as senior executives navigate volatility, workforce expectations and organisational change. The curriculum focuses on building reflective leadership practices and aligning behavioural patterns with evolving enterprise demands.
The programme combines live online sessions with experiential case studies and cohort-based learning. It also includes two three-day residential modules at the XLRI campus in Jamshedpur.
Structured around four core areas, the curriculum covers mindful leadership, leading self and others, psychological resilience, and ethical frameworks rooted in concepts such as Swadharma, Swabhava and Karma Yoga. Participants are assessed through reflective journals, individual assignments and peer collaboration.
Past cohorts have included senior leaders from organisations such as Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, American Express, Reliance Industries, EY and Maersk, as well as the Indian Civil Services.
The programme is led by Manish Singhal, who has over 18 years of experience at the institution and specialises in organisational behaviour and leadership development.
The upcoming batch is scheduled to commence on 30 May 2026. The programme will be delivered in a direct-to-device format with Sunday sessions from 09:00 to 13:30 IST. Eligibility requires a graduate degree and a minimum of 15 years of full-time leadership experience.
Applications for the programme are currently open and nearing closure.
