Ryan Group of Institutions has signed an agreement with the All India Football Federation (AIFF) to provide structured educational support for trainees at FIFA Talent Academies across India, beginning with the academy in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Under its corporate social responsibility initiative, Ryan Group will manage the full academic framework at the Bhubaneswar academy from 15 January 2026. This includes tutor recruitment, daily instruction, counselling, examination coordination and personality development programmes.
The partnership is expected to expand to the FIFA Talent Academy in Hyderabad in collaboration with the Sports Authority of Telangana, and to future academies established under the FIFA Talent Development Scheme.
Ryan Pinto, CEO of Ryan Group of Institutions, said the collaboration reflects the group’s focus on holistic development, combining academic learning with sports training.
AIFF President Kalyan Chaubey said the partnership would help ensure young footballers receive academic and personal development support alongside professional coaching.
The Bhubaneswar academy, launched in late 2023 under the FIFA Talent Development Scheme, is a joint initiative of the Odisha Government and AIFF. It was inaugurated by FIFA’s Chief of Global Football Development Arsène Wenger and former Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
The academy’s U-15 team has recorded competitive results against U-17 teams from established clubs in early 2025.
The memorandum of understanding signing ceremony is scheduled to be held in New Delhi in early January 2026.
