In another achievement for the institute, MET IMM’s student documentary, The White House of Circles, won recognition at the Indian International Film Festival. The film explores Warli painting, an indigenous art form from India, through a social and cultural perspective.
Dr Priya Menon Nair of MET Institute of Mass Media said the institute places emphasis on combining classroom learning with industry experience.
Pankaj Bhujbal, Honorary Trustee, MET, said the recognitions reflected the institute’s focus on storytelling, creativity, and professional training.
Established in 2005 under the Mumbai Educational Trust, MET IMM is a postgraduate media institution with industry partnerships including Jio Creative Labs, Zee, Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, Viacom18, Disney Star, and Netflix. The institute received a Diamond rating from the QS I-GAUGE Indian College Rating in 2025.
