Entrepreneur, author and educator Ankur Warikoo addressed students and parents at The Heritage School as part of its Silver Jubilee celebrations, encouraging young people to embrace curiosity, develop problem-solving skills and build meaningful human connections.
Speaking at the event, Warikoo urged students to keep asking questions and remain open to learning from different experiences, saying that curiosity is central to personal growth and innovation.
Addressing parents, he encouraged them to help children develop resilience and a problem-solving mindset rather than focusing on complaints. He said such an approach enables children to become more confident and independent.
Warikoo also highlighted the importance of interacting with people beyond familiar social circles, saying that diverse interactions help broaden perspectives, foster empathy and prepare students for an interconnected world.
The session was attended by students, parents and members of the school community as part of the school’s 25th anniversary celebrations.
Pradip Agarwal, CEO of Heritage Group of Institutions, Kolkata, said the Silver Jubilee celebrations mark 25 years of the school’s journey while providing opportunities for students and families to engage with speakers from different fields.
Seema Sapru, Principal of The Heritage School, said Warikoo’s message on curiosity, resilience and human connections reflected the values the school seeks to instil in its students as it celebrates its Silver Jubilee year.
