Dr. Anil Rana is an academic leader and former Commander in the engineering branch of the Indian Navy with over three decades experience in industry and academia. He holds a PhD in Reliability Engineering from IIT Bombay and an M.Tech from IIT Delhi. He has held several senior academic positions, including Associate Dean (Research) and Professor at Fiji National University; Dean (Academics) at Symbiosis Skills and Open University, Pune; and Dean at Bhartiya Skill Development University, Jaipur. Since February 2021, he has also been serving as the Vice Chancellor of Oriental University, Indore.
