Hello Parents! The joy on a toddler’s face as he walks with both parents, holding hands and skipping along never ceases to amaze. Likewise pre-teens brighten up as much when their mothers accompany them on outings. Simple joy on children’s faces is an emotion all parents value. Yet, how often we miss it because we are too stressed out or tired to give attention and time to our children! These days there’s widespread awareness of what a kill-joy stress can be. If you have experienced pangs of guilt over an angry reaction towards your child after a stressful work day, or neglected the colouring book your child wanted you to admire, cheer up. You can change things by consciously attempting to create more stress-free time. Take a day off, wake up early for a peaceful read, and spend your commuting time from office by getting work out of your mind and your kids into it. It’s possible to reduce the burden of work place stress. Do all you can to get rid of it, and watch your family enjoy a whole new you! Life is too short to waste in tension-filled days. Live each day with your loved ones instead.
