The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi has partnered with education platform Masai to launch an Executive Programme in Product Management at its Hyderabad campus.
The 12-week offline weekend programme will begin on July 18, 2026, and is aimed at aspiring product managers, engineers, designers, students and early-career professionals. The programme is open to candidates who have passed Class 12.
According to IIM Ranchi, the programme has been designed to provide participants with an understanding of the product lifecycle, covering customer discovery, product strategy, roadmap planning, execution, stakeholder management and product analytics.
The course will be delivered through 72 hours of instruction, including 60 hours of faculty-led sessions by IIM Ranchi and 12 hours of masterclasses by industry practitioners. Participants will also work on a capstone project under the guidance of faculty members and industry mentors.
IIM Ranchi Director Prof. Deepak Kumar Srivastava said the programme seeks to equip learners with the knowledge and skills required to contribute to product-focused roles through a combination of academic instruction, case discussions and project-based learning.
Prof. Manish Bansal, Chairperson of Executive Education and Consulting at IIM Ranchi, said the programme would combine academic frameworks with industry exposure and practical challenges across different stages of product development.
Masai Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder Prateek Shukla said the partnership aims to provide learners with product management education that combines academic learning with practical application.
On successful completion, participants will receive a certificate from IIM Ranchi and a project completion letter from Masai for the capstone project.
The programme will be conducted at IIM Ranchi’s Hyderabad campus.
