ISB alumna and HR professional Amneet Kaur Sadhra has launched Catalyze, a career readiness and capability development platform aimed at helping colleges and universities prepare students for the workplace.

With over 14 years of experience across Future Group, Skechers and Outsized, Sadhra said the platform addresses the gap between academic learning and workplace requirements by focusing on practical skills needed for professional success.

Catalyze will partner with higher education institutions to deliver career readiness programmes through simulations, role plays, case-based learning and workplace scenarios. The programmes will cover professional communication, structured thinking, decision-making, workplace judgement, stakeholder management, client interaction and leadership.

The platform will also collaborate with university leaders, faculty, placement teams and career development cells through guest lectures, curriculum-integrated modules, customised programmes and student cohorts.

In addition to higher education, Catalyze will offer team-building programmes for organisations and its Bridge Up initiative, which is designed to support new employee induction by introducing organisational vision, values and workplace practices.

Speaking on the launch, Sadhra said many students graduate with academic qualifications but have limited exposure to workplace expectations. She added that Catalyze aims to help institutions build students’ professional confidence and workplace capabilities.
