Stratbeans, in collaboration with Articulate, hosted an invitation-only leadership event titled “Scale Workplace Learning for the AI Economy” on 9 April at ITC Maurya. The event brought together senior learning and development (L&D) leaders, HR professionals and industry experts to examine how organisations can build AI-enabled learning systems.
Discussions centred on the “AI acceleration gap”, referring to the difference between the pace of change in work and the development of workforce capabilities. The opening keynote outlined how artificial intelligence is reshaping workflows, decision-making and skill requirements, and highlighted the need for continuous and adaptive learning models.
An executive panel featuring leaders from Cvent, Gainsight and R Systems examined approaches to capability-building and operational agility. Speakers discussed the shift from structured training programmes to embedded learning aligned with business needs.
Sessions during the day included product demonstrations, case studies and discussions on the use of AI tools for content creation, multilingual delivery and training design. Representatives from Stratbeans presented a framework for scaling learning initiatives through AI-led strategies.
The event concluded with a networking session involving participants and representatives from Articulate.
Sameer Nigam, Co-founder and CEO of Stratbeans, said organisations in India are focusing on scaling capability-building through AI-driven learning systems. He added that such initiatives are shaping the future of workplace learning in the country.
