Students of Trio World School have secured medals and national selections across the CISCE National Sports & Games, National Shooting Championship, National Chess Championship and Taekwondo Nationals.

Ira Umashanker of Class 7C won the gold medal in the 200m breaststroke at the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) National Sports & Games. She clocked 3:01.78, setting a CISCE National Record and qualifying for the School Games Federation of India (SGFI) National Championship.

In shooting, Class 9 student Taksh Bharath Gowda won a gold medal at the National Shooting Championship and qualified for the SGFI Tournament.

Aahan Satapathy of Class 10 has been selected to represent the region at the National Chess Championship in Kanpur from October 8 to 12, 2026. Mariam Nimrah of Class 8 has been selected for the Taekwondo Nationals in Amritsar, Punjab, from October 2 to 4, 2026.

The CISCE National Games and SGFI National Championships bring together school athletes through qualifying competitions conducted across regions and states. The SGFI Nationals include participants from state education boards, CBSE and other institutions.

Trio World School said it supports student-athletes through academic accommodations and coordination with families and coaches to help them balance training and studies.
