Reap Benefit will host the 10th edition of SolveCon on 21 February 2026 at PES University, bringing together more than 1,500 young people and over 80 organisations for a day of civic engagement and learning.
The national gathering will include participants from organisations such as Rohini Nilekani Philanthropies, Azim Premji University and Teach For India, along with practitioners from across sectors. Speakers will include Kailash Nadh, CTO of Zerodha and Board Member at Rainmatter Foundation; Rohini Nilekani, Chairperson of Rohini Nilekani Philanthropies; Ashwini Hiremath, Founder of Wild Wild Women; and Deepak Dhananjaya, Founder of the Prabhava Institute of Inclusive Mental Health.
SolveCon ’26 marks the first national edition of the event, which has been held nine times across multiple cities over the past 18 months. The platform is built around three themes — Connect, Learn and Lead — and aims to enable young people to collaborate, engage in hands-on problem-solving and explore leadership opportunities in their communities.
According to Reap Benefit, more than 1.5 lakh young people have undertaken over 1 lakh civic actions through its Solve Ninja programme, initiating local campaigns and community solutions across India. Across previous editions, SolveCon has engaged nearly 1,700 youth from Tier 1, 2 and 3 cities and hosted more than 40 learning sessions, with over 40 young changemakers sharing their experiences.
Kuldeep Dantewadia, Co-Founder and CEO of Reap Benefit, said SolveCon was created to bring young people and ecosystem partners together to learn by doing and to showcase youth-led initiatives.
The event will feature three core segments: a mela with interactive stalls hosted by partner organisations and Solve Ninjas; short learning sessions on civic action, climate, mental health, art and science; and addas, or small reflection circles focused on peer learning. It will conclude with a leadership forum and a cultural programme.
